​Marcus Aurelius is an award winning musical theatre writer/composer based in New York. His work has been seen at the New York Times Center, Green Room 42, The Duplex, National Opera Center, ART New York, Lynn Redgrave Theater, Prospect Theater Company, Living Room Theater, among others. Marcus was also an inaugural member of the 2018 92nd Street Y Musical Theater Development Lab Collective, winner of the 2014 New Jersey Playwrights Contest for his musical Micro Shrimp, and 2014 Indie Theater Now Person of the Year.
